Glucose Liquid Slag Removal and Purification Project
Project Introduction
Upstream starch saccharification liquid often contains proteins, dextrins, colloids, and small amounts of pigments and salts, which can easily cause chromaticity fluctuations and poor thermal stability when directly entering the downstream process. The project adopts tubular ultrafiltration (UF) + nanofiltration (NF) linkage: UF directionally removes proteins/colloids and stabilizes turbidity, while NF further reduces small-molecule impurities and electrolyte content, achieving continuous purification under fully enclosed, low-temperature, and low-chemical conditions. The system is compatible with existing CIP/SIP systems, enabling 24-hour continuous automated operation on the production line, balancing compliance and stable supply in food/pharmaceutical scenarios.
