The 400m³/H high-purity crystalline silicon project middle water reuse treatment system has completed commissioning and water discharge.
The 400m³/H high hardness wastewater zero discharge membrane system for a leading domestic photovoltaic enterprise, constructed by Anhui Plum Membrane Technology Co., Ltd., was completed and put into operation on April 16, 2024. The produced water meets quality standards and design requirements.
This project uses Anhui Plum Membrane (PLUM) company's "double alkali softening + PEK alkali-resistant (PH0-14) tubular membrane" + high recovery rate (90%-95%) intelligent GHRO membrane system. A single system achieves a water recovery rate of over 90% and a desalination rate of over 98%. Currently, the system operates stably with consistent water quality and quantity, creating a new successful case for zero discharge recovery and utilization of photovoltaic wastewater, achieving resource recycling.
