Wastewater softening UF: Membrane filtration solution for high hardness wastewater treatment.
In industrial wastewater treatment projects, with the increasing concentration of reverse osmosis, the concentration of calcium and magnesium plasma in wastewater will increases. In order to ensure that the back-end membrane system is free from the risk of fouling, the softening process is indispensable.Based on PEK tubular membranes, we have developed a more efficient softening solution.
Features:
● The solid-liquid separation can operate under the strong alkaline condition.
● Permeate water hardness≤50mg/L (calcium and magnesium ions ≤ 10mg/l, total silicon ≤ 20mg/l).
● The concentration ratio can be adjusted at any time according to customer requirements.
● No PAC and PAM required.
● Small footprint and simple process.
● Completely intelligent operation
Application
● Filtration of electroplating wastewater to remove metals
● Heavy metal wastewater filtration to remove metals
● Filtration and clarification of fermentation broth
● Oilfield water injection and fracturing reverse drainage
● High suspended solids wastewater
Technology
Customers can choose a 6mm or 8mm flow channel for solid-liquid separation of water with high suspended solids, and the surface flow rate can reach 2m/s~4m/s. After the softening reaction is completed, the raw water is separated from solid and liquid under strong alkaline conditions. Precipitation such as calcium and magnesium ions are trapped by PEK tubular membrane, and the permeate water into the buffer tank after acid adjustment.
